Vegan protein cookie dough balls

IMG_3165Have a sweet tooth? Trying to stay on track with your health? Need a snack that will satisfy and leave you full without the junk? Look no further! This easy recipe is just a few ingredients and no baking required!

For this you will only need a bowl, spoon, cookie sheet and the simple ingredients!

  • 1 cup of flour (I use coconut, almond or a bean flour)
  • 1 serving of plant protein powder (vegan vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup of nut butter (of choice)
  • 1/4 of dry oats
  • 2-4 spoonful’s of agave or maple syrup
  • dark chocolate vegan chips
  1. Combine flour, protein powder and nut butter in bowl, stir
  2. Add one spoon full of syrup, stir to see consistency, add a little more until you start to see it looking like a “dough”
  3. Add oats and chocolate chips to mix, add as much or little as you please

(If mix is to dry add more syrup or nut butter, if to sticky add a little more flour )

  • Take enough for a good bite or two and roll into ball
  • place them on a non stick cookie sheet and place in freezer for 1-2 hours

(Batter should make 10-12 balls)
